 Devon Kibby, Chief Executive Officer

Providing assistance and expertise to our team, Devon holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, a double B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an Electrical Administrators License in the Unlimited Commercial Wiring category in Alaska.  In addition to his technical training, Devon has extensive experience as an estimator and project manager for Chatham Electric.

Chuck Platt, President

With over 20 years in the electrical business, Chuck leads the inside electrical division and supervises the estimating team.  He holds an Unlimited Wiring Administrator's License for Alaska and has successfully estimated and supervised numerous large-scale electrical projects for Chatham Electric.  Prior to starting his electrical career, Chuck was a student of criminal justice and the sciences.

Josh Anderson, Vice President - Operations

Josh is a skilled project manager with a wealth of training and experience in the industry.  He holds an Alaska Electrical Administrator License (Unlimited Wire) and numerous certifications including: MSHA Mine Safety, ADB Airfield Solutions Equipment, Erosion and Sediment Control (AK-CESCL), Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue, PIM Testing, and Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).  In addition, Josh is an accomplished heavy equipment operator with over 15 years of experience.

Ruther Echiverri, Communications Foreman

Ruther has the practical knowledge to help customers meet their telecommunication needs.  He is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), a Light Brigade Fiber Optics Installer and a BICSI Information Technology Systems Technician.  He has training and certifications in MSHA Mine Safety, Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue, PIM Testing, and Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Craig Norman, Outside Power Line Division

With over 35 years of experience in the power line industry, Craig leads a crew that tackles power transmission and distribution projects throughout Southeast Alaska.  Stationed in Sitka, Craig enables Chatham to quickly and efficiently respond to the needs of outlying Southeast communities.

Hugh Hall, Outside Power Line Division

Specializing in outside line work, Hugh brings 40 years of experience in the power transmission and distribution industry.  He is a Certified Instructor for Tower Climbing Safety, Rescue and Rigging; a Traffic Control Design Specialist; and is trained in MSHA Mine Safety. Additionally he holds an Alaska Electrical Administrator License for Unlimited Line.

Ralph Kibby, Chairman of the Board

With over 35 years of experience in the electrical industry, Ralph provides consulting and business development services to the team.  Ralph's experience with as-needed or term contracts spans Southeast Alaska and includes projects in Juneau, Ketchikan, Petersburg, Wrangell, Klukwan, Hoonah, Angoon, Kake, Sitka, Yakutat, Gustavus, and remote sites.
